Bonjour & Welcome to Cajunlicious! I’m Jessica the girl behind the blog and now the cookbook. Growing up, the kitchen was the most important room in the house. No matter what was going on, we could gather in the kitchen to eat, laugh, and enjoy being together. “When the taste changes with every bite and the last bite is as good as the first, that’s Cajun.” This blog is about “All Things Cajun.” I will be sharing my love of Cajun food as well as New Orleans history and culture.
